Starwolf i dont think the reason people arent giving the shot is because of the lack of secular education and the distrust of the medical community. I dont live in a yeshivsh community and many of the community members here are doctors themselves. Its just that even among the physicians here there is so much conflict people cant decide. The hospitals may be recommending it but the pediatricians arent and thats why everyone is having a hard time deciding what to do
