Shidduch World is different than SYAS because they check into every person before allowing a profile to become visible. Everyone working in Shidduch World or on it is on volunteer basis. There is no charge to post your name or register. There are no Shaddchan fees. Their only charge is if you get engaged through one of their Shaddchonim. You will be asked to pay the going Shaddchunus rate. You have nothing to lose. By the way you can’t be on their site if you are not Shomer Nigiah or Shabbos.
