tzippi- I also believe that we must prepare our boys for marriage and for life in general. Maturity is needed and they should not wait until they are married to become mature. Why say “their wife will make them mature”- isnt that the parents job and by saying this it admits they’ve failed and are using this as a cop-out? I am not saying that we should delay bosany more. I never meant anything of that sort. I am just saying that girls should not be pressured into marriage at the ripe old age of 18 or 19. They should be given the opportunity to get a job and/or an education. Is it a crime or a sin for girls to have a job that requires something beyond high school or seminary (teacher/secretary/gan assistant)???
