For any tough stains, I’ve had the best experience with ZOUT. And I’ve also noticed that when soaked overnight in a bowl with Tide (plain or tide with bleach) & water, that was usually enough.
Btw smartcookie for future reference, hairspray is supposed to remove (fresh) ink stains as well so guess it doesn’t hurt to try that as well.
