havesomeseichel: siblings are actually one of the only things chazal say should be checked into. obviously some degree of rational thought processes have to be used. if one sibling went off the derech,and the others are fine upstanding ehrlich jews, then there may not be so much of a problem. if a majority are, i would say more looking into needs to be done.
