Coffeeroomfan: Considering the fact that you were the one who started the “Losing weight after Giving Birth- URGENT!!” thread, I must tell you that Coke (and really any soda) is FATTENING! Think of it as candy in a can. It is empty calories with caffiene, and also bad for your teeth! If you need extra energy take some CoQ10 – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. (Don’t take it at night, it will keep you up) Of course, since you just had a baby and may be nursing, I would check with my ob-gyn first. But drinking water is really the best thing for you.
That’s my advice, take it or leave it 😉
