Sir Editor: thank you for sharing this with the chashuva CR! this article is hilarious! i bet now all those small towns on the NY17 would love this idea! with the construction the the 17 lots of people are using the small towns that are near the 17 are an alternate routes! these small towns hate when their local quiet roads are takin up in the summer by everyone speeding while heading up to the catskills!
