Don’t get upset, I meant to say the KESUBAH is not valid amd a new one must be written. Sorry for the confusion, you were correct. However, an invalid kesubah DOES mean that a couple may not live together until it is rewritten correctly, (and that I was taught in Seminary, so if that is incorrect information, blame my teacher).
