i did some research & so far found that the CR started on June 15th 2008! the first time Sir Editor put a link for the CR in an ”out of the mailbag” article was on that date! article titled ”Out Of The Mailbag: (Flatbush Kiddush: Tznius & Drinking Out Of Control);;! so we’re planning this party right on time, to be ready for the big day next week! 😉
