Rabbi Laundau’s shul is on the corner of Avenue L and East 9 Street. Although they have minyanim starting quite often, I don’t know if the gabbaim would allow you to form a “breakaway” minyan from the regular schedule to lain a different parsha from the rest of the tzibur.
