What I would do is slice fruit into small pieces.
The pieces should be about the same size.
I would use:
– subtly flavored fruit like apple, pear, grape and kiwi
– more strongly flavored fruit and berries like orange, blueberry and strawberry
– banana (if people like it)
– whipped cream
I prefer fresh uncooked fruit, but some people may like a whole or partial ambrosia / compote mix.
