(i am asking for someone else) can you please tell what(if) the problems with short sleeves over long sleeves are? why dont some people wear it? what is it a hock? why is it diff then wearing a v neck shirt with a shell under it? please answer!!! i am with my friend right now, and she wants answers….thanks
