To those who insist on driving while distracted, and it includes lot more than talking on a phone. Eating, shaving, reading a paper, horsing around (the list is endless) I can only say “shomer pisayim hashem”, hashem should also watch over everyone these thoughtless people put in harms way with their dangerous actions.
