and again(!!!)- don’t just drop everything cold turkey. Don’t not play ball on shabbos if you feel that will totally change your life. Start with something that will not affect your day to day in such a huge way. YOU NEED TO START SMALL & SLOW! Nobody needs to know, nobody even has to realize.
