Anon, my sister lives in Lakewood and basically made a farm! She plants tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash,okra, peas, butternut squash, patti pan squash, corn, carrots, potatoes, pumpkins, watermelons…and a tonof other stuff I am forgetting.
She bought the home depot gardening book and I think that really helped.
My mother grows raspberries which are really easy, but they take a few years before they “bear fruit”:-) Then they grow like wildfire!
