Attorney Hoshea Gotleib has been appointed by retired Justice Yaakov Tirkel to play a major role on the state-appointed commission investigating the Mavi Marama commando operation. The young attorney will be responsible for formulating a working plan for the committee’s investigation.

Gotleib attend the Chevron Yeshiva in Yerushalayim and returned to Eretz Yisrael from the United States to serve on the committee. He has a master’s degree in law from Harvard University.

The committee is expected to begin work next week.
