i dont complain when i get a ticket bec. i know i’ve technically violated a law. all i’m saying is, is that the cops do not have to hang out at the 15mph speed limit signs and give you a ticket if youre going 25. someone going 25 is not a danger to society. they can spend their time ticketing guys going 85 on the palisades.
