Listen to this one: My brother used to go to Mirrer yeshiva on Ocean parkway and avenue R. During recess some bochurim would take quarters and go outside to kings highway to see if there are any meters that have no time left, and they would do people favors by saving them a ticket. If the police saw the bochurim doing it they would tell them to go away and stop doing it. How can police do that? Why can’t a person save another person a ticket? todays world is crazy.
