Just wanted to mention one of the cons of red light cameras. If the light is turning red, and you don’t have time to stop safely (there is a car close behind you, etc. ) now that there is a camera, people disregard that it is safer to go thru a yellow than to JAAAMMM on youre brakes, and just think about the ticket. This happened to me several tyimes, where i had to make an unsafe sudden sharp stop to avoid possibly getting a ticket!
