also yummy sweet and sour meatballs:
2 c. ginger ale
1.5 c. ketchup
bring to boil together. drop in raw meatballs (about 2lb. worth) simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours or longer.
I also toss in little pieces of onion and garlic, fresh or dried
put this up, go to shul, come home to a hot delicious meal!!! esp. nice in a cold sukkah
freezes very well. can be doubled.
