As far as I know, most people involved in the reform movement can probably be referred to as Tinok Shenishba and maybe it is good that at least they have an awareness of Judaism, but the whole idea of reform is Kfira. Years ago (and probably many reform rabbis today) were very knowledgeable about Yiddishkeit but felt they could change Yiddishkeit and Torah due to their Taavos.
