Almost half of oil used in the U.S. is domestically produced. The United States is the largest producer of oil in the world, larger than #2 Saudi Arabia. And the majority of oil the U.S. imports comes from Canada and Latin America, not the Middle East.
The “Jihadi Terror” people are trying to overthrow the Saudi government. If any of them end up in Saudi hands, they promptly get executed. ISIS is selling oil thorough various middlemen and some might end up in Israel (the Kurds are doing the same thing, and there oil is very likely to end up in Israel, but oil tends to get mixed up since a shipment of ISIS oil is identical to one of Kurdish oil). The US is now largely self-sufficient in energy, largely in spite of the administration’s efforts to cripple the oil industry.

The point is irrelevant. Anything you could ever buy was, in one way or another, made available to you by the use of oil.
US crude oil production has increased by 90% under Obama. 2015 was the first year in memory that the US produced more oil than it imported. Over a third of the imported oil comes from Canada. Some also comes from Mexico and Columbia, both friendly countries. So most of our oil comes from friendly sources.
It should be noted that Citgo is a wholly owned subsidiary of the oil company that is owned by the Venezuelan government, which is run by anti-Semitic rashaim. Hopefully they will be overthrown soon as the country is now a failed state.
