    It is simple.

    All we need to do is have Rechnitz sponsor a large cache of single malt scotch in the the Irv. When you come back from a date, you get a glass of scotch older than the girl you dated.

    That’s the whole thing!

    do the “10%” who are still single at the age of 28 get the surplus 18-20 yr old scotch, or is it against the rules to match older girls with younger scotch?
