Tu Ba’av is the last day for planting trees before the Shmitta year in E”Y. So what is considered planting? For example: Is it permissible to re-plant a sapling that is already in a pot? How about planting a sapling in a pot in the first place (ie not planting it in the ground?) Wahtis the geder of ????? ????????

Tu B’av? I’m not at all holding in the Sugya, but I thought the two times given in the beginning of Shvi’is were 30 days and Shavuos? Or is Tu B’av a Chumra on the 30 day Shittah like the opinion in Rosh Hashanah that it can take 2 weeks for the seed to become entrenched in the ground? And if so, why aren’t we Machmir for the opinion of 1 month? We don’t usually hold of the 2-week opinion, I think.
