Anyone have any experience with flying to EY on chol hamoed with a lulav? I am not talking about El Al but if the other airlines allow it. Especially the no-name airlines like aeroflot or turkish air.
Turkish air is Turkey’s airline just as American airlines is for America. Is American airlines a “no name” airline? (Or are you just not from Turkey so have never really heard of it before)?
It’s not the airline per say its the rules of the country your are flying to. I flew with my brother from Israel to the US and I think it was the FAA, had allowed people carrying a Lulav on the plane, it was posted on their federal webpage. We had flown EL AL and the rep was not sure until we called over a supervisor. You would need to know the countries policies about bringing “plants” or however you would categorize a Lulav onto the plane.
