Was the Micha from Pesel Micha the Micha that Moshe Rabbeinu took out of the wall in Mitzrayim?
If yes how can it be if the Torah says that nobody from that generation survived save for Yehoshua and Kaleiv and Pinchas?
Either older than 60, younger than 20.
Oh Shreck!- probably younger than 20, if he lived to that late.
I’m pretty sure if he was in Mitzrayim…he was older than 20 after 40 yrs in midbar.
That said, IIRC the Leviiyim did not die in the midbar and went into eretz yisroel. Is it maybe a gemara in bava basra?
Also i remember taht pesel micha was at kriyas hayam.
WIY not such arichas yamim. He was taken out of the wall as a baby. Bnei Yisroel went into Israel 40 years later. According to some the story of Pesel Micha took place at the beginning of Shoftim, not at the end.
Where is the story of pesel micha? (excuse my ignorance)

Anyone who was under 20 at the time of the Chet HaMiraglim lived and went into Eretz Yisroel.

Moshe took Micha out either right at yetzias mitzrayim (up to a year before) or before he went to midyan (he was in midyan for 40 years I think, not withstanding the midrash) so either he was 40 or 1 by parshas shlach (it makes more sense after he came back because that was when the babies were stuffed in the wall) so micha was 1 when they left mitzrayim and not between 20 and 60, those that would die in the midbar
There is a Midrash that says it was him. I don’t know if that’s Muskam for all the Midrashim though. In fact, I think this Midrash (that it was the same person) is quoted in the Little Midrash Says on Shoftim.

Yes, it’s the same one. Medrash (where?), I think, says HaShem told Moshe in other words, “I know pretty well what I’m doing, if you want, you may take one out”. He took one out and that was the ??? ??? ???.
It’s Tn the Medrash Says in Parshas Shemos page 51. He brings it from a Rashi in Sanhedrin kuf aleph amud beis.

It is written at the end but according some, at least, it took place at the beggining of that period.
