    I meant to ask this Purim time but forgot. Is there a halacha that one should give even to non Jews on Purim? In Boro Park there were gypsy girls on street corners collecting. Some people gave them. Are we obligated to give them?

    Are we concerned about eivah even by women or young girls who are not Jewish?

    Does this mean someone who takes the subway in NY must give the people who collect on trains and subways?

    WIY, why not? I just don’t think that applies to Kol Haposhet, at all. Kol Haposhet Yad is about being Marbe Simcha.
