How do you keep homemade cakes that are in aluminum pans fresh once opened? Or how do you keep it that it should stay soft on the counter for a few days?

    Thanks

Do not allow any part of the cake to be exposed to the air. Plastic wrap that covers all sides should do the trick. I know it can annoying to open and close, but maybe that will be the yetzer tov to stop eating those unneeded calories.

Lasagna pans fit in 2-gallon ziplock bags.
