Why is it such a huge secret? If they have something to say, let them advertise it so they can draw a crowd.
I know someone who was there. She said there were 1500 seats set up. She said the gist of the event was tznius. Was supposedly given over in a very beautiful, non threatening way. (uh oh. here come all the negative reactions to tznius….)

Recently, an Israeli start-up company has begun marketing and selling special glasses in charedi neighborhoods such as Meah Shearim. The purpose of the glasses is to prevent charedi men from seeing immodestly-dressed women.
Yedioth Ahronot reports that the glasses, designed for the charedi community, are intended for charedi men who must go to places where women will be present.
The new patent cost the inventors only NIS 25. The patent includes non-prescription glasses and the obscuring stickers.
What I meant was why was the topic of the Aseifa kept secret? Are they afraid that if they advertise it as a “Tznius Aseifa” ladies won’t show? Why make people shlep over just to possibly disappoint them with “yet another Aseifa on Tznius”? Let the women know beforehand!

I know right?! Like why can’t the women start doing another aveira so the speakers could speak about that? Don’t they think the speakers are sick of speaking about tznius?
maybe if the women were a little less tznius inside the house the internet would get driven out of the house like a beat up cat
