How can one fully verify the validity of a “Get” before marrying a woman who was previously divorced, to insure it is 100% valid and was not issued under pressure to the husband (e.g. due to State “Get Laws” or external pressure against her first husband that many poskim may consider halachicly illegal), thus possibly rendering the get invalid and her first marriage still in effect and making any future children mamzeirim?
Same question as above would apply before marrying a child from a divorced woman’s second marriage.
Contact the Beis Din which issued the get and your local Orthodox Rabbi and follow their advice.

What about the Great-Grandchildren of someone whose mother had been divorced?
At a certain point there is an hazakah of validity of documents.
For immediate concerns, one should ask one’s personal posek about any possible shailoh’s involving a specific “get”. Indeed, this should be asked of the shadchan before things get so complicated.

I’m not arguing with someone who is intimating that every get issued in the state of New York is passul. You’ve done this in the past and, no doubt, will continue to do so in the future. However, I am not getting involved in this debate. And so I reiterate my advice:
If you feel this is a concern for a shidduch that you or someone you know is involved in, contact the Beis Din which issued the get and your local Orthodox rabbi and follow their advice.
Period. Full stop.
