    Had I said that theyre the greatest after using them and that they were proven effective, that would ha be been an advertisement. This is simply an inquiry.

    In general, can I assume that companies (of all types) with a high rating on the BBB website, are good to work with if they havent had any complaints about them? Has anyone had a bad experience dealing with companies that had a very good rating on BBB?
