The Supreme Court meets tomorrow to discuss which cases they will hear from the ones which were appealed over the summer. If they decide not to hear Rubashkin’s case, his legal avenues are pretty much closed, ?? ?????–unless something totally new comes up, as I understand.
SCOTUSblog, which is the reasonably respected blogosphere expert on the supreme court, has the case on its list of “cases to watch”, which they think have a reasonable chance of being taken.
Let’s have him in mind as we say slichos and daven tonight and tomorrow.
