What about Pollard? Anyone who has a Conscience Can Not vote for Mr. Obama for Pres. next year! He thinks that s/o convicted of drug crimes is not so important and he has to commute/pardon them, while s/o whom a Judge accepted the guilty plea without excepting the lenient sentence part -isn’t entitled to Justice which includes a trial by a jury of his peers!
Anyone who has a brain, and isn’t voting in self interest to take money from other people, cannot vote for him either.
Based on Jonathan Pollard, dont vote for anyone. None of them will release him because they are all puppets of the plutocracy. Releasing Jonathan Pollard will come from those very people, and will not originate with any one alleged president.

So Pollard is out of prison and the President is Barack Obama.
I had been saying for years that he was going to be released on November 21, 2015, and I got massive pushback, most of it unbelievably nasty, from people claiming to be Pollard supporters.
It turned out that I *was* wrong. He was released November 20, 2015.
charlie – youre the one that gave me that first glimmer of hope when i heard you say it a year or two ago. you stated it so matter of factly and yet nobody blinked. I held onto it tho and am thrilled he is free (no political statements here, purely Jew to Jew)
Disclaimer tho, since this is in the obama pardon thread – not only did obama NOT pardon him, he went out of his way to say that he was NOT pardoning him, and won’t even allow for liveable conditions. But that is another ball of wax.

He certainly has livable conditions. But indeed Obama will never pardon him. Nor would Bush. The only President in recent memory to engage in political pardons is Clinton, and both Presidents Bush and Obama were horrified and vowed never to do that. There was never a realistic chance that either would release Pollard early.
It turned out that I *was* wrong. He was released November 20, 2015.
That’s because releases typically happen during the work week and they can’t legally delay the release.
So Pollard is out of prison and the President is Barack Obama.
