Our test of emunah is like training for a marathon. Imagine you are running. In the beginning its nice, the weather is beautiful, its relaxing, and a good form of exercise. You continue running and the destination seems so far away. You took a few wrong turns here and there, and your nice run has turned into anything but simple.The weather is getting colder, its getting darker. Your becoming so exhausted that you feel as though you can’t go any longer. You know what you have to do neshamale? You have to mamesh jump into Emunah! Sometimes life is like a nice breeze. There are a few bumps in the road, but nothing too big. Then there are other times you try to keep going, but you feel as though you cant acquire enough strength to put one foot in front of the other. These are the times we train for. This is when you must call out to Hashem with your whole heart, and He will give you that big push to the finish line. All you have to do it jump up, reach out to Him, speak to Him from the deepest place in your heart and He will help you to the finish line. Jump into Emunah!
