    To everyone in the CR,

    I know it is early, but since it is Rosh Chodesh Elul, I wanted to wish everyone in the CR a very happy new year. A k’siva V’ Chasima Tova. A year of good health, good parnassah, nachas from all of your loved ones and Shefa B’rachos.

    Early? Not at all, acording to halacha starting R”Ch Elul one should finish a letter by wishing a ksuvah vachasumah tovah. By chasidim the costum is to start Tu B’Av.
