(Click on image to enlarge) Seemingly at a loss as the 10-month construction freeze continues, accompanied by Defense Minister Ehud Barak’s tenacious enforcement of violations appear to have compelled a number of rabbonim from communities in Shomron to release a kol korei.

Signing the kol korei are Rabbis Moshe Udis (Tzufim), Uriel Ganzel (Revava), David Dudkevitz (Yitzhar), Meir Helvitz (Bruchin), Natan Chai (Itamar), Elyakim Levanon (Elon Moreh), David Levy (Avnei Chafetz), Shmuel Cohen (Tapuach), Avner Nechushtan (Rechalim), Netanel Oved (Kiryat Netafim), Reuven Uziel (N. Shomron yishuvim), Nir Rosenberg (Einav), and Yehoshua Schmidt (Shavei Shomron).

They are calling on the tzibur to take part in protests at intersections throughout Shomron, to protest the building freeze and the Civil Administration’s list of 46 Shomron locations where “illegal structures” were set in place.

15,000 copies were printed and circulated to communities throughout Shomron in the hope of awaken the tzibur, which compared to years ago, has become quite complacent and apathetic.

Rabbonim call on residents to set out to the nearest intersection with as many vehicles as possible to block security forces when an area is sealed off ahead of a planned demolition in the hope of preventing some of the security forces from reaching their objective.
