Something meaningful for Leiby a"h

Is there anyone who is seeking to do something meaningful, perhaps as a response to the tragedy and l’iluy n’shmas Leiby? Initiate and support a 5AM 2 hour early morning kollel. Where I live, in Beitar, there is a tremendous need for this and it has the potential of transforming the entire community. This is a town where most men (both avreichim and working men) commute and many are not home the entire day until 8 or 9 PM – this makes night seder very difficult. HOWEVER, the morning is a solution. I can take care of the logistics, but who can help me finance this endeavor? This is an opportunity to both promote Torah and support an impoverished community.
