My rosh yeshiva, when he got home internet, told us that only his wife knows the password to use it and we should do the same; and even if, for example, one of his kids needed it for homework and his wife wasn’t home, they just had to wait.
There was a thread about this a while ago.

why couldn’t the Rosh Hayeshiva have the password?
