I would think one should watch one’s speech (post) when judging another. While EVERYONE sane agrees that he deserves.., yet passing judgment on another Yid can ?”? have repercussions. Remember the story of David HaMelech, how he was approached (reproached) by the Navi, by way of a story. When David Hamelech passed judgment (on the rich man), the Navi said ??? ????. Iv’e heard in some shiur, that’s one of the ways we’re dealt with. We are measured how we respond / judge others.
That’s another benefit of judging others favorably.
