A local Flatbush Yeshiva sends out a weekly newsletter with the front page having an article from the menahel. The article is usually a word for word copy of a published and copyrighted dvar torah. The menahel not only writes that this is his work but gives no credit at all to the true author. What should the consequences of this behavior be? To clarify, this has not happened just once or twice, but is rather the rule, not the exception.

Have you spoken to either the menahel or the copyright owner?

ok, so as I understand the responses here, gneivas das and plagiarism by the menahel of a yeshiva is ok? To Bezalel, yes, he was spoken to, several times.
