The SUV transporting former U.S. President Bill Clinton was involved in a traffic accident in New Haven, Connecticut on Sunday, local media reported.
The accident happened on the Merritt Parkway while the former President was being transported to Yale University to deliver a commencement address.
“It was one of those deals where everybody in the passing lane slowed down, and we all slowed down, and one person didn’t. It happened to be the person behind us,” Clinton told Fox 61. “It was just a fluke, we’re fine.”
Clinton arrived at Yale University on time and delivered his address as scheduled.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
Bill Clinton served as 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001, when he was succeeded by former President George W. Bush.

Who cares? He’s not our President anymore AND THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS
Perhaps he had the VEEP’s drivers? They seem to have a penchant for accidents.
It sounds like it was just a fender bender, anyway.
He certainly did a much better job than Bush or Obama.
I would love to have him back.
OH yeah he did so well letting Bin Ladin go and trying to help his wife take over 1/7 of the entire economy and trying to force Israel into more land for terrorism deals and promoting the Gaytheist agenda and encouraging dioctators all over the world like those in North Korea and gutting the military etc…
Bush did the opposite while giving us real tax cuts and stabilizing the economy despite the devestation from the terrorists that Clinton encouraged.
Bush also supported school vouchers and faith based initiatives.
#5 – right on.
