I just read an article on Arutz Sheva about demonstrations against the Red Cross in E”Y who regularly visit Arab prisoners but have not visited Gilad Shalit. Does anyone know of, or have the wherewithal to start, a petition to the Red Cross?
Another reason why the Red Cross does not get a dime of my money (they also refused to help my grandmother and great grandmother during Kristallnacht).
It’s an old story. when my grandmother’s family was travelling in Europe at the beginning of the war, the red cross was helping her mother. As soon as they saw her father with his beard and peyos, they suddenly dissappeared.

I was informed by a relative in E”Y that a protest against the government for doing NOTHING to try and get him released was held last week. (Why have a tayna to Red Cross?)
Simply shutting off the water and electricity to Gaza should get him released.
You know how many people showed up? About 1000. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!

Instead of petitioning why not make a tehillim project for him. Petitioning to god is better than to a congressman.

intellegent, i am in the process of applying to seminaries…i guess that means im in 12th grade–im glad to be able to bring a smile to your face lol but what exactly do you find so funny??
I think the fact that a pre seminary girl is talking the way you are does. But its a good thing it means you don’t need all that heebeejeebee stuff to make you inspired. Where as alot of girls tend to be superficial and need that stuff to break the superficial bubble. The thing which you have that they dont is when they come back after seminary alot come back to “reality”. But for you this is reality.
first, i would like to thank yashrus20 for providing me with an answer to the question on many applications and in interviews…what makes you unique and different from everyone else? lol jk but i appreciate the analysis of me. i have to say that it doesnt come naturally for me to live in “reality.” i had to work for it, and hard, and inspire myself, because no one was doing it for me. BH though, i go to an excellent school which provided tha basics for long-lasting inspiration. key words here being “long-lasting.”

I guess that’s why you asked me if I live in Israel. Looking for a place to go on shabbos? Well sorry but by the time you come here, I’ll be on the other side of the ocean so you’ll have to find someone else. Or you’ll be smart and take the $20,000 and use it to start off with after you’re married instead! It can really come in handy then. Go to seminary in Brooklyn or Lakewood or Detroit or wherever. It does not hamper shidduchim at all! (Unless you are in the crowd where coming to Eretz Yisroel is a MUST but then again you seem to be proud of your BAIS YAAKOV status and if that means Yeshivish, most people are fine with in town sems. If you need people in any of those towns, I can hook you up. LOL!)
Why I crack you up is because you make yourself sound like a little rebetzin (afraid of L”H etc.) but then you go on the internet e/ night…

Intelligent-Theres nothing like eretz yisroel, and the fact that shes already mature will only make her appreciate it more. So maybe its more of a reason she should go. This is my 3rd yr and i still cant get enough. (oh but you cant come for shabbos).
