Israel Police is recommending a criminal indictment against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. Police are recommending an indictment pertaining to the Rishon Tours case and the Talansky cash envelopes. The indictment police feel should include bribery, fraud and other charges.
The police decision came following hours of consultations between high-level commanders. The case will now rest with Attorney General Menachem Mazuz, who in the coming weeks must decide to accept or reject the Israel Police recommendation.
