Why is it that whenever the mayor has a brainstorm, its usually cloudy and raining???
I dont get the point of this. If he wants to move traffic why not fix the lights so that they are more friendly to traffic flow.
You also have to reazlise that this means there will be no parking on these streets so cars will be towed. Mishelunis, despite the original posts, will be affected because that will make for a more difficult time looking for and finding a parking space.
