Elad City Hall on Tuesday issued a demolition order for a Breslov beis medrash in the city. According to officials in City Hall, Rabbi Betzalel Nahari simply took over, squatting in a structure located in the heart of the industrial zone and declaring it a beis medrash.
On the other side, the mispallalim of the Kehillos Chassedei Breslov are fuming, releasing statements they will never permit tractors to execute a demolition order against the building.
Kikar Shabbat reports last minute talks on Tuesday seem to have satisfied both side and the demolition slated for today has been pushed off. City officials indicate a cement platform aside the beis medrash will be removed in any event and if the beis medrash is taken down, the city will provide an alternate structure elsewhere in Elad. Councilman Shmuel Porush arrived with a city engineer and expended considerable effort towards reaching a mutually agreeable solution to the dispute.

Why would the Elad city Hall do this?!?! Is this the work of Barak ha’rasha?
