Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano believes former President Barack Obama might have gone “outside the chain of command” in order to spy on then-candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election.
During a Tuesday morning appearance on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends,” Napolitano, a former New Jersey Superior Court judge, made the bombshell claim that “three intelligence sources” told the network that Obama used GCHQ, a British intel agency, to spy on the Trump campaign in order to avoid any record of the alleged wiretapping.
“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI and he didn’t use the Department of Justice,” Napolitano said. “He used GCHQ.”
According to the Fox analyst, GCHQ has “24-hour access” to the NSA’s database.
“So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it,” Napolitano told host Brian Kilmeade. “And there’s no American fingerprints on this.”
Napolitano said the individual who actually ordered the alleged surveillance under Obama’s direction “resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated.”
The judge, it should be pointed out, offered no evidence to back up his accusations.
On Monday, the Justice Department asked lawmakers for more time to gather evidence regarding Trump’s allegation that Obama wiretapped him during the 2016 election, according to Reuters.

British Spy Agency to surveil Trump might have been a THIRD instance of Obama’s spying. The other 2 instances of spying by wiretapping was CONFIRMED – one of which was signed off by the corrupt AG at the time Loretta Lynch on Obama’s second request.
First Obama ordered that his original Kenyan birth certificate be burned. Then he ordered a secret military division to spy on Netanyahu. After that, he had a secret meeting in a very secret room in the White House where he ordered Trump’s tax forms to be discovered. They hired small green elves to quietly slip into the IRS, but the IRS has their own magic leprechauns that can detect and eliminate elves. At this point Obama was so angry, which is why he did very poorly in his NCAA bracket… There is so much to say, but because I am trying to remain secretive, I can’t say more.
I believe this about as much as I believe Trump’s tweets. Maybe Fox news should be renamed fake news…
The three mysterious witnesses who all confided to Fox News that there was another new conspiracy….kudos to Aryehlah for providing the usual “confirmation” of all the other tin foil hat conspiracy theories. It was just last week where the Trumpkopf-in-Chief himself cried about all the networks using anonymous “sources” to spread lies about him. I guess its Ok if its the Trumpkops who are spreading lies as they do so well. This rent-a-judge who appears on Fox all the time along with another right wing “Judge” from New York seems to be the least informed person on these matters but apparently some malach came to Trump on Shabbos morning at 5:30 AM and also shared this British spy meshugaas with him as well.

Seems self-evident it is telling us that the British were spying on Trump’s “associates” and relaying the information back to the Obama administration.

To settle some of the craziness on this board I offer the following: claiming the British have “direct access to NSA files” seems pretty far fetched to me. Claiming that obama directly commissioned a foreign government to spy on trump I say that’s very possible. Microwave ovens can be used as video cameras?? That’s pretty crazy if you ask me and I think it’s time for Conway to shut up. She starting to sound pretty stupid
