The man in the attached video simply walked into a private store in Geula (near Meah Shearim), and demanded that the owner turnoff the “Goyish music”, and pointed to the woman behind the counter and told her to “dress more Tzniyus”.
A Charedi woman confronted this fanatic and said “this store is private, you have no right to come in here and tell anyone what to do”.
His response was “this store belong to Hakadosh Boruch Hu…..He is the Baal Habyis of the world….and this store belongs to him”.
The man then went outside the store, where he was joined by another two or three deranged extremists all dressed up in sackcloth and signs around their necks.
They then chanted “Gevald”, called women “Shiksas”, spit on the floor a few times, and yelled about I-Phones.
A few children are seen with the man, although it was unknown if they were his children.
Just another day in Yerushalayim.

Is it legal in EY for someone to simply shoot a terrorist who comes into his store or home? In this case, it would be a Kiddush hashem to rid the world of such vermin. And kol hakovod to the brave woman who spoke up against this attack. Its a tiny extremist fraction of the chareidi tzibur who creates these episodes which sadly we are reading about with increasing frequency.

I know the store, the owner is a really nice & helpful man. I hope he didn’t turn off the music. Whether I agree with the music or not, it’s his choice & I can choose to shop there or go somewhere else. These insane Taliban must be stopped.

Just for your information, it has happened that a competing business establishments will procure (sometimes for pay!) folks who will come and stage a mini-demo against another store. Not saying for sure that’s the case here, but it has happened. You shouldn’t be so quick to jump to conclusions. Don’t give the Gadolhadora more excuses to call for shooting frum Jews! Perhaps your Israel desk ought to do more thorough research before perpetually jumping to negative conclusions about ANYTHING to do with the Chareidi tzibur.
Perhaps, what we should be focusing on is how much it means to him and how much he cares!
I don’t know about the others with him, but it is quite clear to me that the guy ranting suffers from mental illness (and I mean it literally, not hashgaficly). He is clearly not stable. I’ve seen enough mentally ill people that I could spot this out clearly in seconds. That doesn’t negate that there are people with “Holier than thou” hashkafos, but in this case it goes beyond just bad hashkafos. He seriously needs to take medication. The question is whether his family is trying to do something about it or not.
They are a bunch of extremists.And there are extremists in all factions. Sad to say, but Gadolhadora seems to be another type of extremist!

Well aside from the question of whether this person was hired to perform these stunts, what really concerns me is that in any sane society someone who behaved like this would be taken quickly to a mental health examination, and if found sane, charged with various disturbance of the peace offences.
For those crying about YWN posting this… What?!? This took place on a crowded street in the heart of Yerushalayim where it is safe to say hundreds of people saw it. If you agree with what these people did, then great, what’s the problem? If you disagree and think there is a problem here, then why not point out where we can better ourselves? Sunlight is the best disinfectant, not hiding this away behind the walls of Meah Shearim. We are the ‘Am Hanivchar’ but to think we are beyond reproach is just silly. Looked around, see that we are in galus, see the problems and recognize that there is a fundamental flaw here.
These people are not fanatics. They are paid to do this. Obviously they must agree with what they are doing or they would not accept the job but this is not fanaticism. It is a paid provocation. Now if you are looking for a real story instead of this stunt, find and expose those who are paying for this.

I challenge you to speak to your Rabbi, to ask him specifically about this incident, if spreading and notifying the rest of the world is in the spirit of Honoring Our Father.
Do you realize that you’re causing anguish to your actual father? This isn’t a fairy tale where the idea is to get as many hits as possible. You’re making fun of your own family. Your family’s name is at stake.

After posting my previous comment I realized that it was not in my rights to state what I stated especially since I don’t know what I stated to be fact, but rather just my opinion. I asked the editors to prevent it from posting, but apparently I did not contact them in time and it got post. Please negate anything I stated in my post.
