MK Menachem Eliezer Moses was among the chareidi lawmakers speaking out angrily over the Jerusalem District Court decision to compel regional registration for girl’s high schools in Elad.
Speaking to Kol Chai Radio on Monday evening, Moses stated “We established Chinuch Atzmai many years ago, and it means independent education and this is the way it will remain”.
Moses was angered by the “blatant interference” of the secular court into chareidi education, citing there was the unprecedented protest organized by chareidim in the past and if necessary, there will be another. He stated clearly that no one is going to place the court’s order ahead of the words of Gedolei Yisrael Shlita and this is fact. Moses warned interfering in chareidi education is a red line the state dare not cross.
When asked if he responded as he did because his chassidus (Vishnitz) is not effected since it has its own schools, Moses stated it is not relevant. He emphasized that he and all chareidi lawmakers will not permit state interference in the schooling of any chareidim, without any exception.

After all this time, these matters should be part of statute law, which should override the courts.
Chareidim are just not happy unless they have something to protest.
The Zionists desire to impose their anti-Torah views have no end since the beginning, they would never tell a mosque to hire a female imam.
#1 No such thing as “overriding the courts”. The self-appointed-judges-for-life have more power than the Prime Minister and even Hashem H”Y! They would do anything against the Torah and Gedolei Yisroel, even forcing chareidi schools to accept secular or modern children, etc.
#2 Your loshon hora post reminded me of a powerful little statement by Shimen yesterday in one of YW’s articles. Lemme go find it. I’m not accusing you of being anti-Torah, but it wouldn’t surprise me that you’re an anti-Trump. Here it is:
can anyone give to farshtein why the same who are anti trump are also ALWAYS anti anything that is pro torah like separate seating busses, alternate sildwalks etc etc . . by the way this not a question…v’hamaskil yovin
So, #2, you are happy with the courts interference in the chareidi educational system? Or was that statement just knee-jerk laitzonus?
