The video is mislabeled. This cannot be a decision made by the ehrliche public officials of Bnai Brak. No rational person could have designed such a mindless and dangerous solution to pedestrian safety. The video must have been filmed in Chelem as a Purim spiel.
Although it’s becoming “standard” for YWN to post without proofreading, I just want to let you know that the word is “stranded.”
