Israel Police and the Moreshet Kotel Authority are pleased with the results of Pesach and the yomtov season, reporting over 600,000 visitors to the holy site during Nissan. This number includes Jews and non-Jews alike.

Officials report the number of visitors during the yomtov was unprecedented, reporting a constant stream of visitors from Jaffa Gate, the Old City and from other directions, the daily HaMevaser reports.

Kosel Rav Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz thanked Jerusalem police for an exemplary job, ensuring the safety of mispalalim and visitors during the yomtov season and year-round.
